Surface preparation:

Killer (second coating lacquer) is sprayed on all metallic paints first coatings of which their surfaces have roughly been dried.

Usage guide:

irst mix killer with AU-20140000 code hardner (1:2 weight ratio) and use AU-10124 thinner to dilute the paint. Add the thinner to the paint gradually and stir the mixture until a homogenous combination is resulted. Then spray the lining using compressed (4-5ATM) spray gun. Make the prepared paint’s viscosity reach roughly 18-22 sec in 23 C temperature by using DINCUP4.

Safety:

This paint is flammable. Therefore, keep it away from heat, sparkle and flames. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If so, wish using abundant water and refer to see the physician, use proper goggles, gloves and mask upon working.
