Storage:

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, inside capped original packs, temp: 5-35 C, moisture: 50-70%

Packing:

Low qty: 20 kg cans                                        High qty: 200kg barrels

Surface preparation:

Soft grinding until achieving an opaque and smooth surface is recommended to improve adhesiveness of smooth and polished surfaces. Phosphatizing for steel surfaces shall increase anti-corrosion resistance in addition to generation better adhesiveness.

Usage guide:

Use AU-10110 thinner to dilute the paint. Add the thinner to the paint gradually and stir the mixture until a homogenous combination is resulted. Then spray the lining using compressed (4-5ATM) spray gun. Make the prepared paint’s viscosity reach roughly 20-25sec in 23 C temperature by using DINCUP4.

Safety:

This paint is flammable. Therefore, keep it away from heat, sparkle and flames. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If so, wish using abundant water and refer to see the physician, use proper goggles, gloves and mask upon working.
